Mermaids are much like vampires. If a vampire bites a human a certain way BAM vampire! Same with mermaids except the first mermaid originated from Aphrodite. She was tired of man so she created the mermaid who can only serive off meat. We were not given fanges but our lips, if wanted, act like fangs poisioning our victoms untill there mermaids or in some cases dinner. One thing about mermaids is that there can never be a man mermaid or some people say merman(which is incorrect). Victoria is my mother. I was down at the warf one day getting fish from the market it was a slow day no sun LOADS of fog. I was walking back to my car and was almost off the warf when i felt a hand grab my ankle and pull me down she was strong she held onto me and covered my mouth with her hand. Swiming deeper and deeper my eyes started to blure from the salt water. I was running out of breath. I saw a blure of light. I was placed down onto a table and hands and feet were tightened down. She leaned over me and her lips almost touching my skin and breathed in. It hurt it almost felt like she was sucking my soul out and felt like I was on fire too. I fainted. I wokeup still straped to the table except insted of my feet tied up i had fins. It really freacked me out i was figiting i didnt want to berath in yet because i didnt know i could breath yet. Victoria came in and introduced her self. She explained what happened and told me that i can breath and speak under water but still needed air ocationally. I was mad i screamed at her. After I relaxed she apologised and explained that we were an indangered species and the perfect victoms are ones with no family. Which was true i was adopted then my adopted parents died so that made me a perfect match.
